UAE: Executive Orders to the Decree Law on Cooperatives approved by the cabinet

During the UAE Cabinet meeting the Cabinet endorsed the executive regulation of the Federal Decree-Law No. 6 of 2022 on cooperatives. This included provisions related to forming cooperatives, memberships for non-citizens, establishing boards of directors, voting, listing, trading in financial markets, and more.
